A great morning at Salotto!
My colleagues and I took a four-hour cooking class with Michelle. It was hands-on and authentic, and Michelle was a fun and patient teacher.
There was a lot of laughter, but at the same time the focus was on learning the techniques for preparing food properly.
It was hands-on; we didn’t just sit and watch her do it for us. There were small breaks for wine and conversation and the time flew by.
