Defining the Menu
We provide you with advice in menu design, ranging from traditional Emilia-Romagna dishes to other specialties, both meat and fish, vegetarian cuisine or customized menus for any type of event, such as lunches, dinners, brunches or business lunches.
Inspection and Preparation
To ensure smooth preparation, we conduct an inspection of your kitchen. If necessary, we take care of shopping for ingredients and offer support in setting up, including rental of dishes and tableware.
In addition, upon request, we can provide table service staff, bartenders, and clean-up staff at the end of the event.
